RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The following conditions apply only and exclusively to the orders from EU Countries.
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with MARIANI AFFRESCHI, without incurring in any penalty and without giving any reason. The term for withdrawal expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.
In case of withdrawal from this contract, customers will be refunded of all the payments made in favor of Mariani Affreschi (excluding delivery costs and the eventual frame price added to the order, as custom made) no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which Mariani Affreschi receives the returned goods or the day on which the customer has unequivocally demonstrated to have sent back the goods, whichever situation occurs first.
Returned items must be shipped to MARIANI AFFRESCHI without any unreasonable delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date in which the customer communicated to MARIANI AFFRESCHI, through record delivery letter, their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. In this case, the customer needs to prove that dispatch/shipment of the returned items has taken place not later than the above mentioned deadline (proof of mailing). The customer always bears the direct cost of returning the items. Any shipping cost is on the customer’s charge and isn’t refundable.
Customers are only liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Customers must:
- Restrain from removing tags or labels from the items.
- Return intact and complete items, including any accessories.
- You may not use the products before return.
- The return will be accepted only if notified in advance by record delivery letter addressed to Mariani Affreschi, attaching images of the product and accurately stating the following order details: article, description, technique, size, price, payment method, order date, date of delivery, forwarding agent.
In the event that a customer does not meet either the terms to communicate the right of withdrawal and/or the term to return the items, as specified above, or any of the customer obligations, particularly those mentioned under points 1, 2, 3 and 4 above, MARIANI AFFRESCHI will no longer be obliged to refund the purchase price to the customer.
