MARIANI AFFRESCHI shall not be held liable for any delay in the delivery when independent from MARIANI AFFRESCHI, for instance because due the activity carried out by the courier in the specific case.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n The following conditions apply only and exclusively to the orders from EU Countries.<\/p>\n Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with MARIANI AFFRESCHI, without incurring in any penalty and without giving any reason. The term for withdrawal expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n In case of withdrawal from this contract, customers will be refunded of all the payments made in favor of Mariani Affreschi (excluding delivery costs and the eventual frame price added to the order, as custom made) no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which Mariani Affreschi receives the returned goods or the day on which the customer has unequivocally demonstrated to have sent back the goods, whichever situation occurs first.<\/p>\n Returned items must be shipped to MARIANI AFFRESCHI without any unreasonable delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date in which the customer communicated to MARIANI AFFRESCHI, through record delivery letter, their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. In this case, the customer needs to prove that dispatch\/shipment of the returned items has taken place not later than the above mentioned deadline (proof of mailing). The customer always bears the direct cost of returning the items.
